William Liow, Architect | AIA

William Liow is a licensed architect in both California and Nevada, bringing 18 years of diverse experience to his work in single-family residences, multi-family structures, art installations, construction, and development.

As the founder and principal of Peripherie Design Studio + Peripherie Constructs, a design/build enterprise, William specializes in providing comprehensive services encompassing architecture, interior design, landscape design, and construction for single-family residential projects. His strength lies in his ability to transform initial concepts into well-defined and engaging living spaces.

Complementing his architectural practice, William's career has also included significant involvement in design-build projects, construction, and development. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The Southern California School of Architecture and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan.

MARINA BOURDERONNET, Architect | LEED

Marina Bourderonnet is a licensed architect in New York and LEED Green Associate with 14 years of experience, including single-family residences, interior design, restaurant design, and large commercial structures. She is a partner and co-founder of FAME Architecture & Design, a high-end residential design office, and  co-host of the Second Studio, a top-10 design and architecture podcast. Marina holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris Val-de-Seine; is trained in sculpture, life drawing, and art history from l’Ecole des Beaux-Arts; and studied film photography and architecture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

DAVID BRUCE LEE, Architect

David Lee is a licensed architect in California, Nevada, Florida, and New York with 14 years of experience including single-family residences, commercial towers, master planning, and art installations. He is a partner and co-founder of FAME Architecture & Design, a high-end residential design office, and co-host of the Second Studio, a top-10 design and architecture podcast. His work has been published and displayed in institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of the City of New York, and Sunset Magazine. He holds a Master of Urban Design degree from the City College of New York; a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Sustainable Environments with Honors degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo; and a diploma in music and architecture from Les Ecoles d’Art Américaines de Fontainebleau, France.

Juan david Flórez serrano, Architect

Juan David Flórez is a licensed architect in Colombia with over 10 years of experience in designing and constructing housing, commercial, and healthcare projects. Throughout his professional journey, he has embraced diverse perspectives as a result of his experiences in both Colombia and the United States. Every project undertaken has evolved into a unique and personalized experience for the end user. He also actively engages in all stages of the construction process, allowing for a harmonious connection between design and construction. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Universidad Santo Tomás de Colombia.
